ARTWORKS Fellow 2018 Nefeli Papadimoulis participates in the 64th Salon de Montrouge in Montrouge, France, with the performative installation Imaginons des pas de dans la imagenons de cette nouvelle scène du réel.
The artists in this part are experimenters. They test, accommodate, manufacture by assembly. They always push the limits of the feasible. Their workshop is a laboratory where everything can become subject to experience. Materials accumulate, change, ooze, migrate from one medium to another. They create single machines, question notions of finality, divert everyday objects to give them a new impetus. Here everything is invented, changed, and transformed.
